    Brad is a dynamic conservative engagement strategist focused on advancing policy agendas that focus on limited government, educational freedom, and free-market approaches to problems that currently affect the American public. 

Brad is passionate about applying conservative principles to the challenges facing Americans today.


As our country rapidly becomes more and more diverse, it become increasingly important that conservatives continue to engage, educate, and inform diverse people groups about the conservative principles that promote economic opportunity, educational freedom, and self determination. 


At Texas Public Policy Foundation, Brad created the infrastructure for the organization to be at the forefront of the conservative conversation about the intersection of African Americans in Texas and public policy. 


In his work as the Director of Strategic Communications at Empower America Project, Brad crafted effective messaging to support conservative female and minority candidates across the country while promoting economic opportunity and educational freedom for all Americans. 


Brad currently serves as the State Press Secretary for Senator Tim Scott.


Brad's long term mission is to help individuals, organizations, and campaigns effectively engage with the African American community in the areas where African Americans, politics, and public policy intersect.
